Our designs are made exclusively for you – on demand.
The production time is 2-4 working days.
Subsequent shipping within Europe usually takes 3-5 working days.
You will receive a tracking link via email.

💬 2. Can I return items?

Since we manufacture each piece individually, returns are only possible for faulty or damaged goods.
In this case, please send us a photo and your order number – we will find a solution.

💬 3. Where do the products come from?

Our products are produced regionally – depending on the region of the order.
In this way, we guarantee shorter delivery routes and fewer emissions while maintaining high quality.

💬 4. How do I find the right size?

You will find a size chart in every product description.
Our women's shirts run true to size.
Between two sizes? We recommend the larger size for more freedom of movement.

💬 5. My package is not here yet

Please check the tracking information in your order confirmation.
If the package doesn't arrive or the status is pending, write to us with your order number - we'll take care of it.

💬 6. How do I care for my garment?

Machine wash at 30°C, preferably inside out.
Please wash without fabric softener and do not tumble dry – this will keep your design beautiful for a long time.

💬 7. Are there gift vouchers?

Yes – our digital gift vouchers are ideal for people with taste and freedom of choice.
Available directly in the shop.

💬 8. Are your products sustainable?

We produce exclusively on demand – no stock, no surplus.
Our partners rely on resource-saving processes and short routes.

💬 9. Can I choose other colors?

Our designs are consciously curated.
We are currently unable to accommodate personalized color requests, but new variations are released regularly.

💬 10. How good is the print quality?

We use high-quality printing processes and branded products.
The colors are long-lasting, detailed and pleasant on the skin.

💬 11. Address wrong – what to do?

Please write to us immediately with your order number and the corrected address.
If your package has not been produced yet, we can change it.

💬 12. Are there unisex or men's cuts?

Yes – we also offer some designs on unisex shirts or men’s cuts.
If you have any requests, please write to us – we will check the implementation.

On demand means: Each product is manufactured exclusively after the order has been placed – no stock, no surplus, only what you really want.

💬 14. Are there also products for children?

Some designs will also be available for children in the future.

We do not currently offer individual personalization (e.g. with names).
For larger collaborations or series productions, please contact us directly.

Credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna and Sofortüberweisung are available to you – all secure and encrypted.

💬 17. Are there any customs duties or taxes?

Our products are produced within your region – usually there are no customs duties or import taxes.
All prices include VAT, where applicable.

Yes – simply enter a different delivery address during checkout.
The packaging is neutral and stylish, ideal for gifts.

💬 19. Where can I find my order confirmation?

Immediately after purchase you will receive an email with your confirmation.
If not, check your spam folder or contact us with your name and order date.
